Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions: A deposit of £100.00 per room per night is payable at the time booking, with the balance due on departure. We welcome payment by cash and all major credit & debit cards except American Express. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment. In the event of a cancellation being made within the 48 hours before 12 noon on the day of arrival we will charge the whole amount of the booking. In the event of a cancellation being made more than 48 hours but less than twenty eight days before 12 noon on the day of arrival we will keep the whole deposit. In the event of a cancellation being made more than twenty eight days before the day of arrival we will refund the deposit and retain a £20 administration charge. Once a booking has been confirmed any request to change the date of the stay will be treated as a cancellation and the new date will be treated as a new booking to which this cancellation policy will apply. If at any stage we cancel the booking we will refund any monies taken or if required will try to make acceptable alternative arrangements but will not be liable for any amount greater than the value of the booking. It is recommended that customers should consider taking out travel insurance. No children under ten years old, no smoking and no pets in the rooms. We reserve the right to charge for excessive use of consumables and any damage caused by customers. A charge of £100 for deep cleaning will be made if there is evidence of smoking in the room.
