Front of House Assistant

An opportunity to learn all aspects of Front of House with the possibility of progressing to be a Trainee Assistant Manager. A chance to join a small highly accomplished team and be involved in a variety of different roles, including restaurant service, wine and beverage service, cellar management, reception, checking the 5-star bedrooms, welcoming guests and serving breakfast.

Salary: negotiable, depending on experience

Hours: full time including most weekends, flexibility is negotiable.
Accommodation: no live-in, so applicants need to live locally and have their own transport.
